That said, we work with natural materials, and from time to time things don’t go exactly as planned. If something isn’t right, we will make it right.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all Orraman Leather products. If your item is found to be defective, we will repair it wherever possible. If a repair isn’t suitable, we will replace it.

This guarantee applies to the original owner and proof of purchase may be required. This can be an order number or the email address used when placing your order.

Our guarantee covers faults in craftsmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or the natural ageing process of leather. Signs of wear, patina, and character that develop over time are part of what makes leather unique and are not considered faults.

Shipping, customs fees, and duties associated with returns or replacements are not included within this guarantee.

With proper care, your Orraman Leather product will serve you well for many years. A little attention, along with occasional use of leather balm, will help it age beautifully and last a lifetime.
