TERMS OF SERVICE – THE ORRAMAN WAY
1. WHO WE ARE
This website is run by Orraman Leather (that’s us). When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we’re talking about the Orraman crew. By using this site or buying something from us, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
2. USING THE SITE
You need to be the age of majority in your country (or have an Adult's permission) to use this site. Authentic use only.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
We use full-grain, veg-tanned leather. If something’s custom or handmade, it might look a bit different to the photos due to the natural tendecies of leather and the hand-crafted process. We do not mass-produce, we hand-craft each item.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, make tweaks, discontinue products, or say no to an order if we deem fit.
4. SHIPPING
UK orders ship tracked with 24-hour Royal Mail. International orders are sent by tracked & signed.
Lead time is usually within 14 days as we handcraft each piece. Shipping may add time.
During times of high-demand, lead time may be extended.
If you’re overseas, customs might add on a tax – that’s between you and your local government.
USA orders will incur a £30 flat-fee due to the current Government's choices.
5. RETURNS & GUARANTEE
We stand by our gear. If anything goes wrong due to our workmanship, we’ll sort it – repair or replace. If you’re genuinely unhappy, get in touch and we’ll work something out.
We don’t accept returns on our goods unless there’s an actual fault.

6. PAYMENT & BILLING
Keep your info accurate. If something seems inaccurate we may pause or cancel the order.
We don’t store card details, and all payment info is handled securely by Shopify and other financial merchants.
7. CURRENCY
We use a cookie to remember your currency based on your location. It’s temporary and disappears when you close your browser. Just helps you shop easier.
8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Sometimes we use tools from other platforms (like Klarna or PayPal). They’ve got their own rules. By using them, you agree to their terms too.
9. COMMENTS & FEEDBACK
If you leave a review, comment, or DM us with an idea – you give right to us to promote it. We won’t be difficult about it. But don’t post anything hateful, illegal, or spam.
10. LIABILITY INFO (IN PLAIN ENGLISH)
We’ll always do our best – but sometimes things go wrong. If something’s out of our control (postal delays, website issues, etc.) we’re not liable for it. We’re not offering legal warranties unless we’ve clearly said so. You use this site at your own risk.
11. GOVERNING LAW
We’re based in Scotland, UK – so that’s the law we follow.
12. UPDATES
We might update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post them here.
