Shipping policy

ALL PRODUCTS HAND-CRAFTED TO ORDER UNLESS PRE-MADE.

Belt orders:
3-10 Days. May be extended due to order volume.

Matte Nickel buckles currently may incur extra delivery time as we await supplier restock.

All other products: Aim 30-day Order-to-ship turnaround time.

Customers in the UK - Shipping will be via the royal mail. All parcels will go out Tracked 24.

International Customers - All parcels will go out via The Royal Mail.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received.

Due to the handcrafted made-to-order nature of our goods, if demand is high and/or exceptional circumstances such as sickness etc. occur, turnaround time may be extended longer than stated.

United States of America orders will incur a flat fee of £30 due to the current Government's custom tariff charges. We are a small business and the current US Government choices are unfortunately unsustainable to provide free-shipping.

International orders may often incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from UK exported goods. 

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100, however if, for any reason, your parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay shipping for any subsequent delivery attempts.  Orraman Leather can not take any responsibility for returned parcels, once the parcel leaves our shop it is completely out of our hands. Failure to pay for the second delivery attempt will not result in a refund. Please refer to our refund policy.
