Refund policy

Because every item we make is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless there’s a genuine fault with the product.

Please get in touch if you mis-size a belt.

Please ensure you add a note in your return box, including your order number, issue and name so we can certify your repair/replacement.

If your item develops a fault due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair it free of charge. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer an exchange after inspecting the item in question.

 

Personalised belts cannot be returned unless completely ill-fitting (unwearable)

Be sure to select the correct sizing!

Personalised products (wallets, bags etc.) cannot be returned unless completely faulty.
