Crafted by hand in Scotland, The Chieftain Watch Strap is made using the same premium Walpier Rocky Nero vegetable tanned leather as our bestselling Chieftain Belt.

Chosen for its smooth satin finish and refined appearance, Rocky Nero has very little pull-up, allowing the leather to age with a subtle, elegant patina while retaining its clean, timeless character.

Every strap is lined with Tanneries HAAS Zermatt calf leather, a luxurious French lining leather renowned for its exceptional comfort, durability and hypoallergenic properties. Soft against the skin and highly resistant to moisture, it provides all-day comfort whether worn daily or reserved for special occasions.

Finished with hand-burnished edges, matching black stitching and solid hardware, The Chieftain is designed to complement both modern and vintage timepieces without distracting from the watch itself.

Three ways to measure

Check the spec sheet
Search your watch model + 'lug width'. The manufacturer almost always lists it in millimetres.

Measure with a ruler
Flip the watch face-down. Measure the inside distance between the two lugs (where the spring bar sits) in millimetres. Round to the nearest even number.

Measure your old strap
If you have an existing strap, measure its width at the end that meets the case. That's your lug width.
